Project Status:
The Uzbestan project is divided into two parts:
A tomato sauce production line ------ from fresh tomatoes to 220L aseptic bags
Including fruit lifting system, cleaning system, sorting system, crushing system, preheating enzyme removal system, beating system, vacuum concentration system, sterilization system, aseptic bag filling system.
B Ketchup packing production line ------ from concentrated tomato sauce to tin can filling
(Extraction pump) → mixing tank → double filter → sterilizing machine → washing tank (bottle) machine → filling machine → capping machine (capping machine) → tunnel spray sterilizing machine → blow-drying machine → inkjet machine → packing.
