In falling film evaporation, the material is fed from the passage in the heating chamber and distributed evenly into the heat exchange tube after distribution and film forming device. Under the action of gravity, vacuum induction and airflow, the material forms a uniform film and flows down from the top. During the flow, the material is heated and vaporized by the heating medium in the housing. The released steam and liquid phase will enter the evaporator's separation chamber to completely separate the steam and liquid. The steam enters the condenser for condensation (single operation) or enters the next stage of the evaporator as a heating medium, thus achieving multistage operation and separating the liquid phase discharged from the chamber.
